♥Hello CCE Family♥
Welcome to the 2026 Fall session of the After School Enrichment Program (ASEP)! We are looking forward to another fun and rewarding session. We have a variety of exciting classes for your Colt, taught by our super talented CCE teachers & staff!
The CCE PTA sponsors ASEP to meet the needs of our students for in-depth exploration of subjects, ideas, and activities, not covered within the regular school day. We’re proud to work with the instructors, school staff, volunteers, and students to provide exemplary after-school learning opportunities in a safe, well-supported environment.
Our Fall sessions will begin on Tuesday, October 13 and end on Friday, December 4. Classes will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 6 (six) classes.
Just a friendly reminder: ASEP is only open to currently enrolled CCE students.
**REMINDER**UPDATED REGISTRATION PROCESS:
When registration opens, you will register for a class “WAITLIST” and will not be required to pay yet. Being on the “WAITLIST” is where you want to be until registration closes.
After registration closes on September 22, the decision for a class to stay open or unfortunately close is solely based on the “WAITLIST” enrollment numbers.
Please do not sign up for classes if you do not plan on following through if the class moves forward and/or sign up for more than 1 class per day.
- After registration closes, be on the look out for emails from CCEptaASEP@gmail.com & SchoolTwist
- If the class stays open (has met the instructors minimum class size), your Colt will be enrolled into the class in the order you signed up. You will be notified/sent a link to pay for the class from SchoolTwist. You will have 24hrs to pay or you will forfeit your spot.
- There are no refunds/credits for withdrawals or unattended classes. And there will be no refund if a student is disenrolled at any point once the class begins.

Needs Network
Creighton’s Corner PTA strives to make activities available for all students. To that end, we offer ASEP free of charge to students whose families are members of the CCE Needs Network. If you would like to donate to help cover the cost of participation for these Colts, you may do so by selecting a donation amount when you finalize registration. Your donation will be set aside for the CCE Needs Network Scholarship Fund and will not be used as part of the general PTA fund. Thank you for your support of ASEP and the CCE Needs Network!
Policies
- Please review the ASEP policies and LCPS Code of Conduct with your student.
- I understand the following Behavior Policy and agree to it when I sign my student(s) up for an ASEP class: Cooperative behavior makes enrichment programs fun and safe for all. If a student is seriously disruptive or unsafe during class, the first time is a warning and parents are contacted. The second time, the student may not continue with the program, with no refund. I have confirmed that my student is motivated to take the registered class(es) in order to create a good experience for all involved.
- The PTA reserves the right to disenroll a student from ASEP if the PTA deems their behavior is threatening or dangerous toward another student or a teacher. No refund will be given, even if behavior warnings were not given.
- I will inform the instructor if my child needs reasonable accommodations in order to participate in activities. In the event of a medical emergency, the teacher will call 911 and contact parent(s)/guardian(s).
- Low Enrollment Cancellation: I understand that if the class I enroll my student in is canceled due to low enrollment, I will receive have the option for 24 hours to be placed in another class.
- There are NO makeup days if your child is absent from school or has to miss a class.
ASEP FAQs
Who is ASEP open to? ASEP classes are open to currently enrolled students at Creighton’s Corner Elementary School.
Can I sign up any time during the registration period? Yes, but in accordance with our new registration process, you will register for a “WAITLIST” until registration closes. See UPDATED REGISTRATION PROCESS information above for additional details.
Why are some ASEP classes more expensive than others? Some classes have supplies that need to be purchased for the class which increases the cost of the class.
Can I sign up my student for more than one class? Yes, but please do not join more than 1 “WAITLIST” per day.
What if the class I want to register for isn’t available? Each instructor has set a max enrollment number for their class. After registration closes and if a class has met that max enrollment number, you can click on the “Join Waitlist” box and you’ll be notified via email if a spot becomes available. You will have 24 hours to respond to the email. If you do not respond to the email, the spot will be offered to the next student on the waitlist.
If I accidentally sign up my Colt for a class and pay, will I be granted a refund? Or do I get a partial refund if my student is not at school the day the class meets (i.e., student is sick, on vacation, or is unable to attend for any reason)? Unfortunately no, please choose your classes carefully. There are no refunds/credits issued if a Colt misses their class, withdrawals and/or if a student is disenrolled at any point once the class begins.
Can I pay for my Colts ASEP class with a check? Yes, if you want to pay via check, please contact CCEptaASEP@gmail.com.
I am a part of the Needs Network, who do I contact? If you have been pre-approved to receive financial aid by CCE’s Parent Liaison, Lisa Figueroa, you are eligible to receive one free class per student.
